OPTIMIZATION OF VALUES OF NITROGEN IN WWTP ARA TOBL WITH DEMON (140,000 PEQ)
The WWTP Tobl was realeased in the years 1991-1996 and put into operation in July 1996. During the months December – March the remaining nitrogen from the  condensate of the sludge drying system, created a  problem with the effluent Nitrogens-concentraion . With the realization of the deamonification plant DEMON® (710 kgN – NH4/d – reduction 73%) the nitrogen concentration is kept under the limit value and the emission of the receiving waters improved.
